Your winter getaway home, which was constructed in 2002, is located in Litchfield Park, AZ..It has 1862 sq. ft, and is located approximately 20 miles from downtown metropolitan Phoenix. Everything is on one level, so there are no steps to climb.

Spacious floor plan features 20 inch porcelain tile thru out; a cook's kitchen with upgraded cabinets; granite counter tops; kitchen island with eating bar; and all stainless steel appliances. The house has vaulted ceilings thru out. It features a separate laundry room which has a high efficiency washer and dryer. The home also has a large master suite with private bath, walk in closet, twin sinks on the vanity, large walk in shower and a separate water closet room. The master bath also has a walk thru door to the patio and pool area. Our home features a huge living room, dining room and family room. There is another door from the family room out to the patio and pool area. We also have a den with a computer desk and loveseat.

Outside you will find a lovely Pebble Tech self cleaning swimming pool, which features a beautiful rock water fall. It also has a large covered patio area and nice landscaping, including shrubs that bloom year around. There is a security fence around the pool to keep small children safe. The pool can be heated for an additional charge during the winter season.The home also has a double garage with opener.

This is a fully furnished home, including all dishes, utensils and linens. All you need to bring is your clothes and food. You are conveniently located close to most large department and grocery stores, theaters, malls, medical clinics and drug stores.

The Cardinals football stadium is only 3 miles away. Visit 2 major league baseball teams in spring training in March, only 2 miles away. The brand new Tanger Outlet Mall is only 3 miles away.
