Description of the Litchfield Park vacation villa rental

One story 3450 sq feet Toll Brothers home designed and furnished with luxury in mind; not a low budget vacation rental. This is a retreat for those who feel they are special and they deserve something special.

This five star villa located two minutes away from the Wigwam Golf Club and resort, features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 3 car garage, furnished loft with its own TV and sitting area, furnished patio, heated pool and Jacuzzi, fireplace in the living room, pool table, high end appliances, four LED/LCD HDTVs 1080p with internet video streaming, receivers that support multiple zones, video game console, BLU RAY, SACD & DVD players, wireless internet and extended cable.

The 7.1 surround sound in the living room, a second one in the family room and outside patio and a wall mount 55 inch LED TV in the living room allows watching your favorite sports game over the Internet while playing billiard with your friends. Another 52 inch HDTV in the family room can entertain those watching a movie while others are listening to music in the patio relaxing in the 55 jets brand new Jacuzzi.

The heated pool offers a great entertainment for children all year round; not to mention location - beautiful Litchfield Park and 3 minutes away from the Wigwam Golf club and resort.

For those executives who can’t forget about the business, there is a secluded corner in the house that allows having a non-disturbed conference call or handling of those unexpected emergencies.

The area is packed with shops and restaurants and close to all the exciting activities like the Wigwam Golf Club and resort, the Market at Estrella Falls shopping mall, the Goodyear Ballpark Sports center that is home of Cleveland Indians spring training, the Racing track, Cardinal stadium and Nascar. There is a short drive to one of the three well known lakes: Lake Pleasant, Canyon Lake and Saguaro Lake, two hours drive to Sedona, 3.5 hours to Grand Canyon, not to mention less than 5 minutes to several golf courses around.
At just 3 minutes away, Palm Valley Golf Club establishes itself as one of the premier Phoenix golf courses and golf facilities in its excellence in Phoenix. And with one of the best junior programs in the area, everyone in the family can learn and love the game of golf. Of course Palm Valley is also a spectacular setting for Phoenix weddings and receptions, business events and special celebrations.
To get the best hairstyle of your life, I would reccomend the "Hot locks Salon". The hair designer - Magdalena is ULTA's nominated number one hair stylist in the country for two years in a row. The clients love her and it's hard to get an appointment with her unless you call ahead of time. The address of her salon is a very short drive from the house. The salon is located at: 14130 W. Indian School Rd, Goodyear, AZ.
The Lifetime Fitness Center located at 14540 West McDowell Rd and 5 minutes away from our villa offers anything you can imagine: outdoor and indoor pools, climbing walls, sauna, water slides, complete exercise facilities, Gymnasium and much more.
