Available for 2007 summer is this remodeled 3 bedroom waterfront home, complete with floating dock. The house is located in Mystic Island (Little Egg Harbor, NJ).

The home is located 15 minutes south of Long Beach Island, and 20 minutes north of Atlantic City - PERFECT to enjoy both tourist spots!

The home is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, family room. There are 2 sets of french doors (from family room and dining room) leading out to the waterfront backyard. During a nice summer night you can open the doors wide and enjoy the waterview while sitting down to dinner. The home also has brand new central air for those unbearable summer days.

The dock in the backyard offers some great crabbing, and if you have a boat, feel free to bring it along. Launching dock is right down the road and you can park your boat in the backyard for the duration of your stay.

We're offering this home for $500/weekend (Friday a.m through Monday a.m) and $850 weekly. We're very flexible with days, so please speak to us if you need special considerations with your arrival/departure days. Holidays do have special pricing so please ask!

Area Description

The community is a wonderful neighborhood on the water, with plenty of daily walkers and bicyclists. This area is home to the Tuckerton Seaport which was recently redone and now complete with tours of a recreated maritime village and a fabulous seafood restaurant. Tuckerton also offers the 'small town' feel as you can spend the day walking around enjoying the small shops and cafes.
