Breath taking views of beautiful Gasparilla Bay. 1200 square foot living area, newly built home. CLEAN, comfortable and spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath. All the conveniences of home, yet surrounded by the pristine natural elements of a remote island community. Spacious kitchen, dining room, cathedral ceilings, french doors open to a 450 foot screened front porch facing the Bay.
The screened porch has 3 ceiling fans with outdoor lighting and music.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with adjoining master bath, full size shower. TV/Satellite/Ceiling Fan
The second room has a queen bed, comfortable pillows and linens in all rooms.Ceiling Fan.
The Third room has twin set of beds, TV/Satellite/DVD player.Ceiling Fans in all rooms.
The great room has a queen size pull-out sofa bed. Big screen TV/Satellite/DVD/VCR/ Stereo/ CD player. All electronics work!
The kitchen is FULLY equipped with everything you could possibly need.
Fully enclosed outdoor shower with HOT/cold running water.
PRIVATE DOCK, fish cleaning station with running water.
A pack-n-play and high chair also available.
The island is a remote, private bridgeless barrier island. You can only get there by boat. Either bring your own boat and dock at our private slip, or take the water taxi available upon reservations.
The Island, the Beach, the Gulf waters and the Bay is the attraction. The activity is whatever you make of it. Either total tranquility and relaxation, beaching, boating, sunning, shelling, walking the 7 miles of private beach. Or fishing the waters from beach to bay. The dock itself provides great fishing, many snook, reds,& snapper caught right off the dock.
Boat rentals, sightseeing tours, deep sea fishing charters, sunset cruises, local fishing guides for hire.
