Description of the Livingston Manor vacation home rental
Welcome to our vacation farm, Buck Brook acres, 112 private acres of rolling hills, forest and high pasture. Swim and fish in our spring-fed lake that's stocked with largemouth bass and rarely fished.

The two houses are side-by-side, 100 feet apart, with a wide lawn between them.

The smaller house is a 1910 renovated farmhouse with newer appliances, and a huge screened porch, and a good view of the lake. It has 4 bedrooms (2 are small-better for kids)
fireplace, nice new kitchen, living room, and the feeling of the house is cozy.

The larger house, which we call Albert's Place, is roomy, rambling, and has a very large gathering room with a long dining table, seating area, and a pool table. In addition, there is an almost-soundproof TV room with a piano.

The house has 3 nice-size bedrooms downstairs (1 with bath)and 2 rooms upstairs with lots of beds(great place for all the kids to sleep)

The 2 houses sleep 20 people(in beds)and have extra fold-outs and a rollaway.

Buck Brook is all about the outdoors, with a wide clear path around our lake, a big swim dock, and wide trails through the woods leading to our pasture and panoramic views.
