Description of the Livingston vacation guesthouse rental
A mountain retreat farmhouse with two guest houses and one large meeting hall all in a country style. Farmhouse has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and large kitchen. One guest house has 2 bedrooms,a kitchen and bathroom, plus laundry room. The other guest house has 2 large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen, which is more in a rustic style. There are three wood-stoves, and also an outdoor fire-pit available. There are also many camp sites. Picnic tables,outdoor seating, decks and lawns also add to the relaxed country setting. We have numerous hiking trails across the 300 acres of meadows, forest, streams and mountain. The property is 5,000 feet high, and goes up to 7,000 feet, and borders the National Forest. Many views of Paradise Valley and the Absaroka Mountain range can be enjoyed. Our spacious living makes it attractive for large groups of people and also for quiet seclusion.
The property is located in the famous Paradise Valley, which is a land of farms, forests,and views of high mountains.
We are no more than 60 minutes from Bozeman airport, 45 minutes from the town of Bozeman and 20 minutes from the small town of Livingston. The Yellowstone River is 5 minutes away, where there is fishing, boating and swimming. Hiking on our land and access into the National Forest makes this area a superb country retreat. Also Yellowstone park is only one hour away, which makes it easy for a day excursion. We have hikes of varied description of forest, meadows and mountain, with spectacular views. Much wild life can be seen.
