Description of the Lo de Marcos vacation home rental

Clean, neat small house with 1 bedroom. Bathroom has a bathtub with separate shower. Open kitchen/living room area. Large patio on a very large grassed lot. The property is surrounded by a brick wall fence with a large iron gate. The patio area can easily accommodate a vehicle. The property is treed with fruit trees such as mango, lime, orange, banana, coconut, jaca fruit,sugar cane, lemon grass and the beautiful bugambia flowers. A 15 minute flat walk to the beautiful white sand quiet beach of Lo De Marcos. This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood on a very large lot.

Area Information

Lo De Marcos is a 45 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta Airport. Transportation by bus from the main bus terminal is excellant,very reasonably priced and runs continuously.

Lo De Marcos is a quiet village surrounded by mountains, jungle and an unspoiled beach.

There are other villages and towns close by to explore. A 15 minute drive north is La Penita, where every Thursday is market day with vendors selling fruits, vegetables, pottery, silver, clothing, and much more.

Some of the services in Lo De Marcos are restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, basic grocery items, produce, gas station, internet cafe, laundry mat.

2013 Vacation

My wife and I stayed here for 3 weeks. It is a very nice place to stay at. It has a very nice big yard with a patio and lots of grass in the yard. The house is very nice inside with some new renovations done to it. We had rented this house 2 years and we would rent this place again. Very relaxed holiday.

We enjoyed a month long stay at this comfortable house. There is a large and private lawned garden with a large patio. Nice selection of plants and trees all tended to by an extremely kind and friendly gardener. Would definately recommend to others.

Don't disturb the quiet, private oasis that Janice has chosen to share. We were pleased to have everything we needed for a week in the quiet little town of Lo De Marco. So quiet, there were NO vendors on the beach to disturb your day. Town had all the basics needed. Want more? head North or South 15 minutes and have all you want, then return to quiet, thanks Janice.

We stay a month.Very quiet place not very far from ocean.The house is large enough and the patio is great.Lo de marcos is a small warm town.The people are great and kind.WE recommend this place.
