Description of the Lo de Marcos vacation home rental

We are offering a long term rental during the period between April 1, 2011 and Dec 1, 2011. We are looking for a minimum 3 month commitment at an extremely low monthly rate.

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully appointed home. A 10 minute flat walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Mexican west coast.

Located in Lo de Marcos, on the Riviera Nayarit, 15km (11 miles North of Sayulita) or 10k (6 mi.) south of Rincon de Guayabitos, La Penita and Los Ayala.

It has a full kitchen, modern appliances, washing machine, air
conditioning and ceiling fans in each room. TV/DVD player.

The master bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom with a colorful double sink vanity, tub and shower.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, with a beautiful walled garden and gated driveway. This getaway can easily accommodate 6 in open quiet comfort.

Area Information

Lo de Marcos is an easy 50 minute trip north from the Puerto Vallarta Airport on Hwy 200.

A quiet ocean village of 2500, still unspoiled and friendly, surrounded by beautiful beaches and jungle.

Sayulita is only a 15 min drive to the south on Hwy 200, and La Penita is 15 min North. Both of these towns offer a wide variety of interesting activities.

There is a small non-Mexican community in Lo de Marcos, as well as tourist bungalows, and small hotels which cater largely to Mexican vacationers from Guadalajara. Christmas and Easter are the only "busy" periods, but even those are still relatively quiet compared to the larger resort destinations.

Basic services including small restaurants, internet cafes, ATM machine, grocery and produce stores etc. are all within the town.

This is a great alternative to the crowded resort scenes in Puerto Vallarta or Rincon de Guayabitos

Great place in Sayulita

We liked this place alot. It is clean, comfortable and affordable with three bedrooms. Easy walking distance to all restaurants and entertainment in town and the beach is a few minutes walk. Would recommend to anyone looking for an easy stay in Sayulita, especially families and small groups. We can't say enough about the town itself - it's great.

We couldn't have asked for more. Very clean and beautifully furnished. Lots of sleeping space for our family. We loved being close to everything in the town. What a beautiful beach. Great care and attention to detail in this lovely home by the sea. We'll definitely be back.

Perfect for Us

We've stayed in Sayulita before (family of 4), and this was by far the best value for the money. Comfortable and convenient, close to everything. Makes a big difference when you can walk back and forth from the beach easily without climbing hills. Three bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space. Not a grand villa, but homey and clean, and certainly everything we needed.
