Lovely 2 story Cape Cod Home in quiet residential area. Recently renovated and remodeled. All new appliances,washer, dryer,refrigerator,microwave.
First floor has enclosed front porch with new glass windows and screens, two pillowed benches and folding tables. Spacious living room with new sofa bed, TV, tables, large windows, and lamp. 2 Oil Paintings by local artist hang over couch. Dining room has pedestal table and chairs. Hanging lamp over the table. Sitting room also on first floor, has futon, desk,& chair, computer table with chair. Large kitchen with new counter tops and new sink. Many cabinets. There is a pantry. Laundry room with washer and dryer and table with chairs, as well as a linen closet.Bathroom with sink next to laundry room.
Linens and cooking utensils,dishes and glasses,etc.,are there for your use.

Second floor has one bedroom with four poster double bed, night tables and lamps and dresser.Second bedroom with two twin beds. One table and lamp, and dresser. Newly decorated bathroom with shower and tub, sink with cabinet and huge closet for toiletries. Off street parking, and a wooden shed for bicycle storage.

The island town of Lockeport is just 15 minutes from Highway 103.Convenient to shops and restaurants.library.
Short walk to the famous mile long pristine Crescent Beach and Visitors Centre.Its promenade board walk which is part of the Lockeport Loop seascape and historical attractions. In addition you can view two lighthouses, visit marine themed playground and tennis courts. Heated swimming pool nearby.
A self-guided walking tour provides the opportunity to enjoy a leisurely stroll amongst wild flowers, roses, birds and harbors. This is a bird watcher's haven.
Bicycle paths along lovely streets and bridges. If you wish to visit charming towns nearby you are convenient to Halifax for additional restaurants and attractions,Titanic museum and gardens as well as the famous Citadel Fortress. Visits to Peggy's Cove and Lunenberg UNISCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE, home of the famous Bluenose winery and pewter shops are attractive day trips. Also two golf courses nearby.
