Ideal for family vacation or a great weekend getaway in the northern coast of Puerto Rico. Fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, dining and living area. Sleeps 6-7. For rent short or long term. Ocean front apartment and in front of the pool, and kids playground. Fully equipped, ready for you to move in. Three air conditioned bedrooms, 2 baths, comfortable kitchen, dinning and living area and a huge balcony to relax or entertain facing the ocean.

Area Information

Located only 20 minutes from San Juan Luis Munoz Marin International Airport, accessible through a scenic route along the ocean line or the roadway in the historic town of Loiza (Route 66). Away from the noise and traffic of the city but within minutes of Belz Factory Outlet mall, golf courses, restaurants and world famous tourist attractions such as the Yunque Rain Forest. Minutes away from the town Fajardo and ferries to the islands of Culebra and Vieques.

Other Fees: Cancellations: A 50% rental deposit is due at the time of booking, complete balance has to be paid 30 days prior to move in date. Cancellations made sixty (60) days or more prior to the arrival date is fully refundable, but will incur a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations that are made less than (60) days of the arrival date will forfeit all fees paid.

Modern, clean and quiet

The actual villa was nicer than the on-line pictures. The location was excellent! Only 45 minutes driving east you could catch the ferry to the islands, or 45 minutes west you could be in Old San Juan. There was a back balcony that was very relaxing. From the balcony we could watch the Iguanas climb the trees. Both bathrooms had a shower and a tub. The furniture was modern and the kitchen was equiped with many extras. The beds were very comfortable. This was our first trip to Puerto Rico and we were a little nervous, but Kevin meet us at the car rental. Then he escorted us to the house and explained everything to us. He gave us tips on where to find local food. (kiosk #2) Yumm. The beach entrance was across the parking lot. Everything was gated. To enter the villas we were given a remote control. We wiould stay there again. P.S. it was in the 80's and sunny everyday. We love Puerto Rico and want to move into Madelin and Kevin villa. haha.

Wonderful apartment

Victoria was wonderful. We where there during hurricane season. She even offered to contact a hotel for us when we finished our stay with her. It was a very private complex, the ocean and the pool were both right there. There was so much more in the apartment then we expected. The only problem we had was finding the place. That can probably be contributed to a very long day and the rental agency sending us out of the area the wrong direction. Victoria sent someone to come and get us because we were lost. He even stopped along the way and got out of his car to point out different areas for us to remember and check out later. We had a wonderful time. I had made all the reservations for the entire group. Everyone was pleased with my decision.
