Minutes away from the town Fajardo and ferries to the islands of Culebra and Vieques.

• Deposits: I require a 50% deposit for reservation. In addition I also require a $250.00 refundable security deposit if the apartment is in the same conditions as upon arrival.
   
• Other Fees: Cancellations: A 50% rental deposit is due at the time of booking, complete balance has to be paid 30 days prior to move in date. Cancellations made sixty (60) days or more prior to the arrival date is fully refundable, but will incur a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations that are made less than (60) days of the arrival date will forfeit all fees paid.

Très belle expérience pour notre famille... Le condo était très propre et vraiment bien situé. Ameublement de qualité, surveillance 24 h, je recommande cet endroit où nous avons vécu des moments innoubliables. Merci !

Victoria was wonderful. We where there during hurricane season. She even offered to contact a hotel for us when we finished our stay with her. It was a very private complex, the ocean and the pool were both right there. There was so much more in the apartment then we expected. The only problem we had was finding the place. That can probably be contributed to a very long day and the rental agency sending us out of the area the wrong direction. Victoria sent someone to come and get us because we were lost. He even stopped along the way and got out of his car to point out different areas for us to remember and check out later. We had a wonderful time. I had made all the reservations for the entire group. Everyone was pleased with my decision.
