This is the second time staying in this Villa and its amazing the pool the beach and the best thing about it is the location. I can't wait to go back..

We were 6 people in te party and the aptm was perfect size The kitchen was well stocked with esentials like salt sugar oil some spices. The bathrooms also had all the essentials frpm soap, towels,shampoos, hand wash etc The apartment is not sea facing but a short walk to the beach. Loiza is very strategically placed between san juan and tourist attractions to the east like el yunque, bio luminescent bay Luiz is very responsive an straight forward. Overall i would reccomend this place to everybody. Be prepared for the mosquitos everywhere and bring bug spray

We had a blast i would recommend this rental, the oweners are awesome! The private beach in back of the property is beautiful and the pools are very family friendly which was a plus as we travel with 3 kids.

We had a great week. Villa is close to what we wanted to do and see. We felt safe too. Alfredo met us at the rental car place and led the way to the Villa. Overall good experience and we'd do it again! Thanks.

Alfredo was very helpful prior to our visit and when we arrived.Met us at our car rental late at night. Unit was just the right size and furnished for our family of 5 as well as all other amenities .Our family loved staying in the town of Loiza with a lot of culture.Our unit was in perfect spot for feeling like you are part of Puerto Rico and close enough to the main highways for sight seeing and very nice beaches.Definitely need a vehicle.Really hated to leave but I will always keep Alfredo in mind for future visits and would definitly recommend his unit for a place to stay. If I had known then what I know now I would have stayed longer.

We are just returning from a fabulous 8 day stay here and I highly recommend this unit. It was just the kind of vacation we were looking for where you are away from the hustle and the bustle of the city, but still have great amenities to enjoy at the complex. I have two little boys and it was a quiet beach for them to splash around in, pools were not overcrowded, really what I pictured in my mind, only better. Thanks Alfredo!

We stayed at the condo with family in January. It was very nice and offered all the ammenities of a higher end resort at a reasonable price. We weren't able to make use of all it had to offer, as our schedule was quite eventful. But we hope to stay there again when we visit Puerto Rico and really enjoy Villas Del Mar for all it's worth! It was an excellent choice for us. We highly recommend it.

I booked this place to spend new years in Puerto Rico.... It's a shame that there was only one review about this place when I went to book it, I cant imagine anyone not staying here and loving it! Its was quiet, clean, the decor was perfect, we utilized the beach (walking distance) the gym, the washer and dryer, cooking space, 2 parking lots. But the selling point were the owners, who not only provided us emergency contacts but suggestions for where to go in the local area, fresh linens, towels, and the like. I am planning two more trips to PR and intend to make this my home while there. I had a group of 5 and we were extremly happy with the accomodations and the 2bathrooms helped. I give the owners and the place five stars withour reservation.

the owners were very nice people they have a lovely condo in loiza kids loved the pools i loved the security in the private condos the condo could use a few more tv's it only had one and the kids would fight over what to watch but all in all we had a wonderful time. thank you alfredo and family
