Located just 25 minutes east of the San Juan airport (SJU) on the northern coast of the island, Aquatika is the premier resort condo development in perhaps all of the island, but certainly in the greater San Juan area. It is second to none in Loiza. This gated community fronts the Atlantic Ocean and provides guests with direct access to the beach. Loiza beaches are beautiful, with comfortable sands and clear, warm waters. In addition, the development features multiple pool areas, including Jacuzzis, a water slide, waterfalls, a lazy river pool (inflatable inner tubes provided), sunning and lounging areas, shaded gazebo areas and ample green space.

Beachside gazebos and BBQ grills provide the perfect setting for an afternoon cookout.

The grounds offer lush tropical plantings, palm trees and beautiful flowers. The Coqui frog, a very popular creature throughout the island, enlivens the evenings at Aquatika with its timid chirp of 'ko-kee , from which it get its name. The Coquies begin to sing when the sun goes down at dusk, singing all night long until dawn.
