Aquatika is a private complex. This penthouse will provide you and your family an unforgettable vacation experience. Step out into the water park right in front of your building or any of the other 4 pools and various jacuzzis the Aquatika complex has to offer. In addition, you can enjoy the beach just steps away and have some sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, windsurfing, or any other activity you wish to engage in. Aquatika also offers a clubhouse with two large screen TVs, lounge, fitness center, sauna, and terrace. Play outside at the kids' playground, the beach volleyball, basketball or tennis courts and the mini-golf course. The Perfect Place for the Adventuresome Traveler

This property had all a family would need for a week or more in Puerto Rico. If you plan to rent a car and see the island and all it has to offer, this is an excellent location. The condo is close to the main pool and hot tub, basketball court, and beach. A basketball, putters, and golf balls were included so we could enjoy the amenities of the complex. Aquatika is close to El Yunque, Camerero Racetrack, Old San Juan, bioluminescent bay, and the outlets. For the adventuresome traveler who likes to end the day in a very nice room, this is the perfect place.

If you are looking for a hidden paradise, this is it. A little off the beacon path but you'll have everything you need, plenty of sun , beach & pools. Tba apartment was very spacious and San Juan was just 20 minutes away.

This was our first vacation rental and we were very happy with the whole experience. Aquatika penthouse rental was wonderful. It is far enough from San Juan that you felt more at peace away from the hussel and bussel of town hotel vacations. You had your choice of Beach or pool swimming. We didn't run out of things to do the whole week. I would definatly do this again. The relator was great to work with, he had everything arraigned.
