The condo is on two floors, 3rd and 4th floors. The third floor has three bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room, kitchen and large balcony. The condo is elaborately decorated with signed paintings, and expensive
furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with service for eight. The penthouse which is on the 4th floor has panoramic ocean views, has a wet bar, full bath, serving bar, Sofa bed, DirecTV, barbeque grill, lounge chairs, barstools, cocktail tables and chairs. Up to 30 guests can beentertained for cocktails.The Ocean Point complex has three (3) swimming pools, Kiddy Park, Basketball, volleyball, tennis, a semi-private beach and an exercise
room.

The condominium entrance is gated and guarded. A remote is necessary for entrance. Grocery super markets are 7 miles away. Turn right out of the condo entrance and follow Route 187 through the town of Loiza, turn left at the first gas station and continue straight onto Route 188 for five miles to Route 3 west. Merge right onto Int 3 and continue for 2 miles to the shopping center on the left hand side. There is Pueblo the supermarket which also has a Blockbuster, Home Depot, Kmart, Bed Bath and Beyond, Radio Shack and various restaurants and fast food outlets.
