My family enjoyed our week in our condo in Loiza. It was fully furnished and met all of our vacation needs. The kitchen had everything from coffee filters to pots and pans. The bedrooms were great with plenty of storage space for clothes and stuff. Bathroom water pressure is great. Having 2 balconies was awesome because you could open them both up for fresh air in the evenings. The stairs up to the rooftop are quite steep so we did not use them often. When we went to the beach we had mats, coolers, beach towels,etc-everytthing we needed for a fun day on the water. Sophia, the owner, was very helpful and friendly and I enjoyed all contact with her. My family and I enjoyed our vacation in Puerto Rico and plan a return visit in the future.

We loved this condo and our entire vacation in Puerto Rico! The condo owner is very organized and trust-worthy, and provides ALL the amenities you could possibly desire. The condo is safe in a gated community, and the town around it is just lovely - very "local" and people are extremely friendly and willing to help with directions. It's quiet in the complex and the private beach is beautiful and clean. You can walk for miles on the beach in either direction and the views of the Atlantic are just incredible. The farmacia near the condo has ANYTHING you might need during your stay, and gas, grocery, and fast food are all close by. The free parking is awesome - you'll have to pay a LOT in the city. This condo is about 40 minutes from Old San Juan on the scenic 187, which we seriously recommend! While it's not a major highway (the regular freeways are kinda hard to find and the tolls are pretty steep) it really gives a wonderful perspective of the local culture. It's a safe road to travel in either direction from the condo and at night, if you roll down the windows, you can hear the Coqui Frogs singing quite a melody. It's windy and a bit slow at times depending on traffic, but if you're truly on vacation and like the "slower" Caribbean way of life, you'll love this sweet little highway into all the major northern cities, like Carolina, Isla Verde, San Juan, etc. Thank you to the owner for such a lovely stay - very relaxing, very clean, very accessible, and not a single worry of safety at any time!

A wonderful place, everything you need to spend a vacation at the beach. It was tastefully furnished and comfortable. Fabulous views from both balconies and the terrace. The beach area was private and exquisite. Pristine and convenient to everything East and Central, but away from the chaos of San Juan metro. We has a terrific time!
