Description of the Loiza vacation condo rental

A large private roof top terrace with 360 panoramic views of the Ocean and the rainforest mountains. This unit has all the ammenities you would expect from a luxurious penthouse including granite countertops, Two terraces (in addition to the private rooftop terrace)in the front and back with outside dining area, Large HDTV Flat Screen with home theater system, Fully equiped kitchen, Washer and Dryer, Gas Grill, Fully furnished terraces and Two door-front parking spaces. Spend you morning enjoying breakfast on the terrace, then grab your snorkling gear with a few cold drinks in a cooler and step into the pristine beach, then get ready for San Juan's nightlife and cap the night doing some stargazing from the rooftop terrace chaise lounges. The rental includes a personal concierge that will meet renters at the airport, accompany them to rent a car, escort them to the apartment unit including a stop at a popular US grocery store chain along the way and leave renters settled at the property to enjoy their vacation.

For a separate charge, this concierge is also available for any other requests on directions or guided tours of the many attractions ranging from Colonial Old San Juan, to shopping, to the Yunque rain forest. Renters may arrange any services directly with the concierge.

Richard, A quick note of thanks for letting us rent your condo in PR. We loved your place and San Juan overall. Great people, beaches, food and weather. We also enjoyed the rain forest and bio-bay….amazing. Karla was very helpful and we appreciate her help. Your father also came to the rescue one day when we locked our keys in the condo.  Perfect little retreat, January 13, 2010

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing week in PR. We loved the massive roof deck patio. We ate dinner outside every night next to the grill and spent the morning leisurly reading the in the hammock. San Juan was 30 minutes away and we could find all of the supplies we needed at the near by walmart. Everything was close, but not too close. Thanks for a lovely vacation.

(That means a festival full of people on the streets full of dancing, drinking, biking, as we drive through it, trying to get to Gasolina.) Every night was spectacular. We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It truly felt like we were in paradise. Most times we had the pool all to ourselves which was an added plus and the beach was just a stone's throw away. It was great waking up to the sunshine in the morning and making our way to the top of the penthouse to gaze at the beautiful blue water. And Karla, the concierge was amazing. We just loved her. We visited PR in Jan 09,we went with childhood friends, this trip was one of the best trips ever.This penthouse condo was amazing,the view from the rooftop was awesome.We hung out up on the roof and had the best time ever.At night the stars and sky were magical.The condo is very clean,spacious and felt like home. Everyone involved were very gracious and helpful. We also fell in love with a dog in the complex which we named Bebo.The beach and pool are right in front of you.I will never forget this vacation!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The penthouse is really nice, i stayed with my family for two weeks and we love it. The view to the ocean is amazing and you are very close to it. the penthouse is very spacious and have all you need and more. The grill in the deck is perfect to having a nice family time while enjoy the sun and fresh air from the ocean. There is a tennis court in the complex and a small gym, so you can also keep in shape while you are in vacations. And the pool is perfect after the beach, wich, by the way, is very close to the penthouse, just a few steps forward. The concierge is so helpfull, she is very kind, and always available to make your staying as best as posible. I definetly recomend it, and can't wait to go again!.

My husband, son, daughter and her boyfriend stayed in this condo last week, and it was wonderful!! When we arrived, Karla, the concierge was on hand to greet and guide us there, and was just a phone call away the entire time. The condo is very well furnished (the couch was my favorite spot) and meticulously clean. It has everything you need to really enjoy the stay and feel right at home. The area is colorful (we would walk to the corner to buy fresh bread each morning) and we made friends with a local chihuahua named "Biscuit" who greeted us every day. The beach is just steps away so we got to enjoy the privacy, sun and the water. I can't wait to go back!! I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to feel they are at a home away from home.

This penthouse is beautiful…usually descriptions on a website aren’t the most accurate but this certainly was. The unit was clean, spacious and the views from the rooftop are indescribable. This was my first trip to Puerto Rico, my husband, our friends & family have visited many times before and we were all impressed with this condo. We are actually planning to make PR an annual trip for our group and we would honestly say that we'd stay at this penthouse again.
