Away from the noise and hustle of the city but within minutes of shopping malls, Bahia Beach Golf Course, restaurants, and world-famous tourist attractions such as Luqillo Beach an El Yunque Rain forest. Relax in the ample balcony listening to the soothing sound of the waves or watching the kids at the pool. We even provide you a hammock to relax under a coconut tree. So why pay for overpriced hotels and parking fees in busy tourist areas when you can have the same comforts from home at Malibu'

Some of the most typical food in the island is found on the way to Malibu. We visited with our 14 year old Son Had a wonderful time. We really loved the view from our Penthouse Condo with a rooftop terrace. We visited the Rainforest, enjoyed the beach and the pool was wonderful also.

While I was staying at the Malibu, I invited my family for dinner. We were a group of 11 people in total. We had a blast! They were impressed with the condo! My sister said "this is like being at the house'! It has everything you need. Give me the contact info. Because this place is better than a luxury hotel in San Juan, for the price. You don't get all this commodities at a hotel".My brother made a similar comment. It made me happy, that I made a good choice by staying at Malibu Beachfront, and that my love ones were able to enjoy with me. I will continue to refer family and friends to you, and will tell them to do the same. Thank you, very much. The Bartley family.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was not only clean but perfectly set up as if it were your own apartment. There were even toys in the kids room for them to play with! I would definitely recommend for anyone who wants peace of mind and not the hotel rush. I plan on returning again in the near future. Thanks for allowing us to stay...
