A lovely flat in a perfect location

Fully equipped, very clean. Near the tube and a supermarket. When we arrived there was a problem with our flat but the Manager solved it quickly and professionally. The flat is located near some important museums like National history museum, science museum, Victoria and Albert museum, etc. The nearest tube station is South Kensington and the flat is in Sloane Avenue in a building with a reception h 24.

Great location in zone 2. Very close to the tube and grocery stores/shops/pub. Minimally equipped kitchen, fine if you aren't going to be cooking much. Dryer does not work. No hairdryer. Futons in lounge were very hard and uncomfortable for sleeping. Wouldn't recommend this place for more than 3 to sleep. Beds were comfortable. Quiet at night.

Great Stay!!!

The apartment was clean and cozy, perfect for our family (two adults and two teenagers). The acomedations were comfortable and well kept. Arriving at the flat there was a lift to take us up if needed (handy if you have a lot of luggage). Check in instructions were clear and accurate. The surrounding neighborhood was a little noisy at night as there was a pub near by but it was manageable, especially as the World Cup was on. The underground was very close which made access to the city very easy. Overall we would return to this flat without reservation.

London on a Budget

I came and stayed in London for a short study trip. As a student my budget was not big but I had a comfortable 3 week stay. The apartment was very neat and tidy with fantastic views out the west. Building was older but in good condition. The apartment has been renovated. It is close to buses and two underground stops: Finchley Road and Swiss Cottage, with the prior having access to more lines. The apartment owner is welcoming and helpful. The area around is nice, there are 3 supermarkets within walking distance with Waitrose being, in my opinion, the best. There are a few nice restaurants and cafes about too and almost all of the ones I went to were reasonably priced; if you were to look out the window, down to the right, you will see the Garden Cafe's courtyard seating. This was the place I frequented most when I was too lazy to cook; it is unpretentious and the food is good. Finchley road in general has just about anything one might need but Hampstead is also close by, about a 15 minute walk, there you will find boutiques and a variety of lovely restaurants and cafes. My only reservation about the apartment is that it lacks internet. This is easily remedied by either purchasing a dongle at the Argos store which is on Finchley road in the direction of Swiss Cottage or by buying Fon Passes and using the local BTopenzone wifi. The first method will set you back between £20 to £30/month and grant you a weak but usable connection. The second will set you back between £40 and £50 for a month, will grant you a fast connection but you will be at the mercy of your wifi connection. I used both methods as the dongle had an insufficient speed for sharing large files, but I only needed to do this once and a single day wifi pass costs £5. Overall this is an excellent place to stay in London and I highly recommend it!

good trip

The apparment is very convenient to visit London. The 24 bus stop is just at the building and very copnvenient to go in central London ( Wesrminster palace, trafalgar square, oxford street) and even Camden. Quite close to Victoria station. It's really large enough for a 5 persons family . The appartment seems to have been recently remodeled and is well equiped. There 's noise from Grovesnor road that can be a problem for some people , but anyway London is a very noisy town and you're quickly used to. It was easy to find the flat and a woman was there to welcome us friendly. She explained us all we have to know about the flat and the area. Leaving the appartment was very easy too. That is to say we had a good trip in this flat. Good rate for quality. Nathalie G
