 comfortable & great location, November 2, 2008
By Erin (Vancouver, BC, Canada)
My friend & I stayed in this flat for a week. Location was great -- convenient to multiple tube stations, tourist attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, pubs, etc. Flat itself was very comfortable for 2 people. Nice linens. Kitchen had basic ammenities and was perfect for our needs. Murphy bed was comfortable (so I am told -- I didn't sleep in it), but sleeping in living room was apparently a bit noisy. I couldn't hear anything from the back bedroom. Perhaps a bit small for 4 people, but you could manage. Cynthia was great to deal with -- very thorough. I felt very comfortable renting from her with all the help and information she provided. Would definitely recommend this flat and would certainly stay here again.

My home away from home, October 31, 2008

I've stayed here several times and it just can't be beat. If you're looking for a funky pad in a great location, this is it. Wonderful!

 Like staying at a friend's place, October 21, 2008
By Helen (Melbourne, Australia)
I stayed in a different property managed by the same team, for ten days in September '08 and my review talked about how great it was dealing with Cynthia so she asked me to say something here as well - I was coming from the other side of the world and it really did feel like I was going to be minding a friend's place. The attention to detail and personal service is really a point of difference and Cynthia wants to make sure you have a great stay and know your way around the neighbourhood. So she sends you a comprehensive guide, plus you can email any questions, and you can really feel comfortable in your choice before you even get there.

Ideal location for theatre, Covent Garden and other sites. Worked well for us visiting our son who was performing in Gone With The Wind at the New London Theatre - right across the street!! Will definitely be returning along with other friends. Extremely comfortable beds - had the best sleep ever. Special thanks to Cynthia and Suzie for all their assistance. It was truly a remarkable experience for our family.

Great London experience!, January 24, 2008
By Ian Drummond (Minneapolis, MN USA)
My son and I recently spent 5 days at this wonderful flat. It was neat, clean and perfectly located close to many sights and the tube. It is a great place to stay-so much more comfortable than a hotel and more cost effective also. The only problem was the washer door was broken, but Cynthia graciously offered to reimburse us for local laundry service. I can not say enough about the fantastic service provided by Cynthia. She provided valuable info about the local area and was very responsive to each and every inquiry I made before and during the trip. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

Drury Lane Apt., October 23, 2007
By Joseph W. White (Hong Kong)
My wife and myself recently spent five very delightful days in London staying at the Drury Lane Flat. Location is superb, amenities are delightful and flat well decorated and organized. For someone who likes to do a walkabout, this is a great location to begin. We will definitely contract for this propertly again when next in London.

Lovely little flat, June 3, 2007
By Lisa Cs (San Francisco, CA USA)
We really enjoyed this apartment. Covent Garden is centrally located for sightseeing and stays up later than the rest of London. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and really cute--it feels like a home, not a rental. (I'm going to copy the way they hung the mirrors...) Nice strong shower and firm bed, cozy couch. Even though it's small, there's still plenty of room to flop down with a book or eat a meal--we highly recommend getting gourmet groceries at Marks & Spencer Food Hall near the tube station. The owners are really great and attend to your every need. Such a great deal, especially when compared to the disgusting hotel room you would get for the same amount of money.

 Highly recommended, May 29, 2007
By A renter (New York, NY)
A comfortable cozy apartment in a great location. Care has been taken to make it a true home away from home. There are loads of videos and books, nice thick towels, lots of brochures and articles about London and environs, multi-station cable TV/radio, free local phone calls, and a decorating ambiance that makes you feel that you're staying in a friend's apartment and not a vacation rental.

Best way to see London!, April 9, 2007
By Jo Ann Hawthorne (Llano, TX USA)
This place is located in a wonderful neighborhood, and it's convenient to everything. My expectations were high, and they were exceeded. The flat is clean, nicely furnished, and everything is in good working order. It housed three adults quite comfortably.

Great place to stay, March 23, 2007
By PATRICIA GARCIA (Patty(Spain))
We have stayed in this apartment for a week and highly recommend it for your visit to London since it is perfectly located and equiped. Most turistic sights are within walking distance wich makes you save lots of time and effort at the end of the day. We'll sure come back here on our next visit to the city.

Un apartamento para recomendar, February 25, 2007
By nuria moser (Madrid, SPAIN)

A home away from home..., February 2, 2007
By A renter (New York, NY)
I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about my stay in this flat! My boyfriend and I are New Yorkers and stayed for 5 days following New Year's. Everything about our stay was lovely-the location, our dealings with the proprietors, and the flat itself. So comfortable for the 2 of us...I imagine a whole family could stay! We loved our time in the flat and can't wait until our next opportunity to stay!

Central London Treasure, November 5, 2006
By Portia (San Francisco, CA USA)
What luck to find this treaure of a flat available in such a perfectly central area of London. Everything one could ask for was within walking distance of the flat including the metro. I always rent apartments when I travel if possible and have had my share of bombs. I give this rental all top marks because it deserves nothing less. To top it off, I had friends from London over to visit and they were all amazed at how "together" and "comfortable" the flat was. We all agreed that it was worth remembering for future guests, IF you can catch it available. Thanks Su and Cynthia for supplying such a fab place. Feel free to contact me through them for reference.

Location is great. Belgian beer at the Lowlander down the street, Covent Garden with about three million pubs/shops/restaurants around the corner. Try the BaliBali Indonesian restaurant on Shaftesbury Avenue for a change... The free Covent Garden magazine (there's a rack at the tube station) has an excellent map of the area, which even the experienced may need. The place is a maze. Flat comes with everything you need, from coffee machine to high speed internet. No issues with anything and the shower pressure/temperature is great (experienced UK visitors will know what I'm talking about). The party member who drew the wall bed had no complaints.

Great location, family friendly, October 27, 2006
By Sri G (Sunnyvale, USA)
The flat was exactly as described. Much better than a hotel room, compact but full kitchen, lots of DVDs for the kid, great location. You can walk pretty much everywhere of interest and if you don't feel like it, there are two tubes stations close by. There is a nice grocery store (Waitrose) a 15 min walk away, a great Indian restaurant nearby and a small park for toddlers down the lane. Allergy friendly with lots of amenities and nice touches. We will stay there again.

The perfect spot, September 23, 2006
By Jamil Kayin (Philadelphia, PA USA)
I was in London promoting my first full length album: Jamil Kayin - Days. This flat was a beautifully comfortable home while I was in London. I hardly caught the tubes during my stay because it is truly in the center of everything. Covent Garden is right around the corner and Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Circus and Westminster (Big Ben) are all short walks. No question - a great place to stay.

"my" apartment in Drury Lane, September 16, 2006
By evan bench (Paris, France)
My daugther and I stayed here twice and enjoyed the location and flat very much. Great Kitchen, very comfortable bed (quiet in the bedroom), lots of light throughout the flat, bathroom was apparently recently remodeled (nice), the neighbor upstairs (Su) is extremely helpful with great local info. Covent Garden of course is just a short walk away but the British Museum is just as close along with the great shopping on Oxford; also Holborn and Covent Garden tube stations are very close. There's a larger grocery on longacre as well. It's a real home-away-from home when I'm in London.
