The great thing about renting this place is that Cynthia treats you like a good friend who's dropping through town to stay. When you are coming from the other side of the world that makes a big difference. So there are tips on where to eat and shop, etc and she stays in touch. The flat is excellently located and I'd definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Ordered groceries from Tesco online before we left, it was so convenient to have them delivered. Walked to the theatre shows. Flat was great.
My husband, son and I spent 8 nights at the flat in Fitzrovia. The location was ideal...with two tube stations within 5 min. walk we could get anywhere we wanted in London in a short amount of time. The flat was homey and clean and had amply space for the three adults not not be in each other's way all the time. The bed was very comfortable after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The owner was very accomodating from the minute I contacted her. She emailed me all types of information about the surrounding area, restaurants, grocers etc. Everything went smoothly from the first contact all the way to returning the keys to her via FedEx upon our return to the States. Cynthia really cares about her "clients" and made sure everything went without a glitch. We will definitely stay there next time we get the opportunity to return to London!!! It was a great experience.
We had the most amazing week in London and a large part of this success was the wonderfull flat in which we stayed. It was centrally located and in a neighbourhood where we felt safe and comfortable. All needed amenities were close by. The flat was tasefully decorated, had a great mattress and lots of hot water! But what made it best of all was the owner, Cynthia. She provided personal care and concern for us from the moment we booked the flat months before our trip. She did more than one could ever ask to be sure our trip was successful. We will always be grateful for her kindness and would recommend this flat to everyone.
Stayed for 5 nights and everything was perfect. I think it all starts with an owner that cares about your stay from the time before you get there and even after you leave!
Perfectly located within walking distance to most everything, but in a quiet enough area at night that will allow for a good night's sleep.
Will definitely be back!

Of all the holiday flats and homes I have stayed in and I have stayed in quite a number, nothing can compare to “Fitzrovia”. The décor is really warm and has a personal touch to it. The location is ideal and provides a gateway to all the areas of attraction in London . The flat and the appliances provided are very functional and the useful tips on how to use them, road maps and tourists attractions are the ultimate help for a visitor. Please keep up the quality of service, you have just gained a repeat customer.
The flat was ideal for our stay- great central location off Oxford St. and close to lots of tube stations. Owner was very considerate and responsive. Would love to stay there on our next trip!

The location of this flat is tops. Close to tube stations, and within a comfortable day walk of so much. Very relaxing interior, wonderful shower, comfy bed, and good internet connection. If you want to feel like a part of London for a while, this beats any hotel to shame and it does it in a top notch way.

We stayed here for a week in May, and found it perfect. The flat is well-appointed, congenial and pleasant without being fussy. Very thoughtful owner -- flat well-equiped with amenities like shower gel, dishwashing liquid, coffee -- not to mention a book exchange. We loved her helpful notes and labels. Best is the neighborhood -- SOOO much to do and see in every direction, close to theatre, Regents Park, British Museum, shopping, you name it.

I just spend 9 nights here and it was excellent. The apartment is cute, clean, bigger than I would have thought, and has everything you could possibly need--all the details are considered, and the owner returns calls and emails promptly. The location, near Great Portland Street tube, is great for shopping at Oxford/Regent/Carnaby Streets and for walking in Regent's Park. Marleybone High Street and Charlotte Street are two cute neighborhoods near by, and there's a fancy Italian market, a Pret sandwhich shop, and a Starbucks on the next block. We wound up spending a lot of time in the immediate area, it was so charming. It's really nice to have such an inviting living/dining area if you like to eat some meals at home, or just stay home and watch telly when you can't handle the London crowds anymore. There is a tiny bit of street noise in the bedroom, but we drowned it out with a fan and slept soundly. It's actually a pretty quiet area considering how central it is. I would recommend this flat to anyone--it's so much nicer than a hotel, and a better value.
