Location, Fun, Food, Character, March 18, 2008
By John (Portland, Oregon USA)
Stayed here for two weeks on vacation. Excellent location, minutes to tube, theatre and great restuarants. 15 minute walk to British Museum. The Soho hotel right behind this building has a great bar - FYI rooms there start at 280 pounds. Restuarants we loved: Busaba Ethai, Imli, Refuel, Little Italy, the Crepe place, Save money on food/coffee with takeways from Marks and Spencer. Apartment has funky charm, lots of hot water/soaking tub, comfortable bed. Needs better alarm clock (we bought our own) Bring earplugs and sleeping pills because the west end can be very loud, on the weekend until 4:30 am!

Perfect location and Haven , November 30, 2007
By Hoku Gilbert (Kaneohe HI USA)
What firstly makes this flat special is the landlady. She is very accommodating, helpful and flexible. The flat was perfect for me and my daughter (age 7), especially since we were seeing theatre every night and usually only needed to walk home. Having the convenience of a full kitchen meant that on late nights or when we were tired, we had only to get home to whip up a little meal for ourselves. My one caution (noted in another review) is that Soho is bustling with activity 24/7. On weekends, especially, the streets are crowded and noisy. But we had ear plugs from the plane, so no worries. Those with mobility issues should also note that there are 3 flights of stairs to reach the flat. I would recommend this place to anyone except those who would really be bothered by the noise or stairs. In that case, get a hotel somewhere farther out. But if you like to be in the bustle and you want a "home", this is the place! Thanks again!

Su has made this perfect London location into a delightful place to stay. We were in London for 6 days, but couldn't afford the price of central London hotels. Four of London's best restaurants are within a 3 minute walk: Refuel, Gay Hungarian, Yuatcha, and Wangamama. One the famous Marks & Spencer gourmet take-out delis is a five minute walk. Several charming pubs and coffee shops are the same distance. Two top shows are playing at theaters within a 5 minute walk. Quiet, leafy Soho Square is a three minute walk. Oxford Street clothing stores are a five minute walk. Su keeps the place immaculate and the bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped, modern and stylish, and the shower head gives off a strong spray (which is not always the case in London flats or hotels). There are plenty of lush towels and the queen-sized bed is wonderfully comfortable with high quality sheets and warm quilts. If you are lucky enough to have found this flat on the web, don't wait to book it.

 Amazing location!, October 15, 2007
By Michael Moore (Seattle, WA USA)
This flat is right in the middle of Soho. I was there for a couple of weeks for work, and our office was in Soho Square. It took five minute to walk to work. The bed was great, the view of the street, even better. If you like to people watch, be in the heart of the action, live in an Apartment and not a hotel room, then this is the place for you. Sue is great, and took care of me! I recommended this place to all my co-workers that might have to visit the London office. For a really easy touristy thing, take the double decker bus! Food can be iffy, you never know what you're going to get. And plan on spending twice what you think you will, EXCEPT for the apartment!

 Amazing Vacation, June 2, 2007
By Chelsea (Los Angeles, CA)
I recently stayed at this flat with a few girlfriends for my birthday week. What a great experience all around: the flat was clean and spacious, in an absolutely amazing location, and not to mention how smooth and friendly the whole letting transaction was with Suzie. My friends in London were amazed that we were able to snag such an amazing flat, and we will definetly be back! Thanks for making a great 'holiday' just that much better.

 A Suite Flat, May 9, 2007
By Joel Stratte-McClure (West Hollywood, California)
West Hollywood, CA, May 9, 3007 I had a choice between this sweet flat and the 2,500-pound flat suite at the nearby Soho Hotel. I chose the flat because it had a Scrabble game, a large bathtub, a decent supply of tea and a dog friendly "landlady." I used some of the savings to dine at the Soho's excellent restaurant, Refuel, when I felt like it. But it was also convenient to have the fully equipped kitchen and dine in. Almost everything -- including the wi-fi -- worked perfectly and I'd stay here again now that there are Sky TV stations and the washer/dryer's working.

Location! Location! Location!, April 25, 2007

I was lucky enough to stumble upon this flat online, and since this was my first trip to London, I had no idea what to expect. Fortunately, my week stay couldn't have gone any better. If you ask me, the most important aspect of a short stay vacation is location, and in my opinion, this flat is in the best location in London. As a first time visitor, I was especially pleased to know that within minutes, I could walk to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Oxford St, and numerous restaurants and pubs. Also, if you're a fan of the theater, you couldn't ask for a better spot in London. Beyond the location, the flat offered all the modern amenities that one would need. To top it off, the host was very gracious in suggesting a few London spots to see during my stay. Two thumbs up.

 Great Flat!, February 25, 2007
By A renter (Atlanta, GA USA)
The flat was really great, perfect location to explore London. You can walk to all of the best areas of London with easy access by tube to anywhere else you would want to go. My husband is 6ft5in and had no problem with the bed or the bathroom. Great stand up shower compared to some London flats that have shower over the tub. I would highly recommend this flat to a couple who are looking for the 'real' London experience. One note of warning if you don't want to be in the heart of Londons hip and happening nightlife and shopping districts do not stay here. Also if your looking for quaint quiet 'tourist' area this is not for you.

Best way to experience London, February 7, 2007
By Marie (San Diego, CA)
If you're looking to truly experience London and all it has to offer then look no further and book this flat today. I spent two and a half weeks here and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. It is located in the heart of the theater district with shops and restaurants to meet anyone's needs or wants. There is no shortage of famous pubs or cafes. The flat is clean and has plenty of room and personal accommodations. Your pleasure is a sure thing!
