Description of the London vacation apartment rental

Bright, airy, modern apartment in desirable residential area in London. One block walk to busses
and tube. 12 minutes by tube to Oxfford Curcus, 14 minutes to Picadilly. Flat is in Little Venice,
one block from Regents Canal, on tree lined street with local shopping nearby. We have 2 bed-
rooms, one with queen size bed, other with double that can be divided into twins, each with
ensuite bathroom. Comfortable livingroom sofa bed sleeps two. Hall powder room. Complete
kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and washer-dryer.
All dishes, cookware and linens provided. High ceilings, large windows, ample closet space.
Enjoy easy access to all the sights, theaters, and other London attractions while living in a
quiet, safe, and beautiful neighborhood. This is not a commercial building. It is a Victorian
house with 4 modern apartments and an elevator. We are on the second floor.

London is a wonderful city, and our apartment is the perfect base for exploring it. Within easy reach by tube or bus are famous places like Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Regents Park, Oxford Street,Trafalgar Square,the South Bank, the London Eye, Piccadilly Circus. World class museums such as the British Museum, the Tate, the Victoria and Albert and many theatres and wonderful restaurants are also within easy reach. Enjoy wonderful day trips to places like Oxford, Cambridge, Stratford on Avon, and Dover.

Our immediate neighborhood is a very pretty. green residential area called Little Venice because it's near the Regents Canal and because there are lovely Italian cream stucco homes. Walk in one direction for 2 blocks and you are on the canal tow path where you can walk or take a water taxi to the zoo or to colorful Camden Market. Two blocks in the other direction is our local and very pretty "high street" with a grocery store, two bakeries, a deli, a laundry and dry cleaner, a pharmacy, a fancy butcher, a wine shop, a pub, and several restaurants. When the weather is nice, eat in a local sidewalk cafe. Thee tube stop is a block away and there are many busses within a few minutes walk. Our location is central-- with great transportation to wherever you want to go.

piicnic areas, tennis courts, and two children's playgrounds. Local shopping areas (a few
minutes walk either direction) provide green grocers, small supermarket, deli, wine shops, but-
cher, organic food store, post office, bakery, French restuarant, pizza and ice cream shop, and
superb northern Italian restaurant. Easy access to South Bank and West End art, music, theater.
