Elgin Crescent is a tree lined avenue of 19th Century elegant townhouses and the apartment is situated between Ladbroke Grove and Clarendon Road in the best part of Notting Hill, an area frequented by many famous stars of screen and television.

The nearest underground station is Ladbroke Grove (Hammersmith and City Lines) or Holland Park (Central Line). However, nearby Notting Hill Gate is served by three different tube services, namely the Central, Circle and District Lines. There are several bus routes that stop in Ladbroke Grove only yards from the property and there are usually plenty of black cabs which can be flagged down in the same area. The apartment overlooks at the rear of the property, a large secluded garden square which is available for residents' use only. The apartment has two twin bedded rooms, a very well-equipped kitchen, lounge/dining room and bathroom, along with cable television, telephone and video entry phone.
