We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in large part because of the location of this apt. So much is within walking distance, the location is great. Yes, it does get noisy at night, but the back bedroom is mainly quiet. Only caution, the shower will be too small for very large folks.

We were 3 persons dad(52), mom(48), & son(17)--the apartment is just as pictured. The owner communicated with us by e-mail & when she found out we were traveling without a cell phone, she provided us with one to make communications easier--set us up with internet access(her assistant was very nice & helpful) Secure, keyed entry to the building with video from the street. Beds are low to the floor--don't under-estimate the noise from outside--it is a party neighborhood, very diverse--but well worth the experience. Location makes getting anywhere by foot or underground a snap--many theatres and restaurants. A true London feel--would stay again.

This apartment is smack in the middle of Soho fun. lots of restaurants, walking distance to Trafalgar Square, theatre district, China Town etc. A little noisy at night, because of the pub downstairs. Titiana was very helpful and pleasant. We had a great time. Our ages are 71 and 80.
Great location, and a nice, tidy, well-equipped flat. Tizzy is very easy to deal with...communicates often, plenty of useful information. She met me at the flat, showed me around, explained everything...very friendly, very helpful!
Perfect location in the heart of soho. Super clean place with all necessary amenities. Tizzy was also very friendly and accommodating when dropping off the keys. As mentioned in other reviews, can get loud on the weekends until about 3am (due to the pubs outside) but I was up anyways so didn't impact my stay much. Would definitely come back.
Tizzy was a very friendly host and really quick on answering all our questions at any time before and during our visit. The place is just as described - you couldn't live more central in this bustling city! Everything you need for a home away from home is there to make you feel comfortable. The sitting room is a bit noisy, especially in the evenings and at night, but if you close both doors you won't hear much in the bedroom. Thanks again for this great stay in Soho, Tizzy!
Tizzy was wonderful and prompt in responding to my requests & queries. Great location and will definitely recommend !!!!
Tizzy was really friendly and very helpful. The apartment is so close to tube, buses, theatres, Piccadilly and Trafalgar Square. The bedroom at the back of the apartment is very comfortable and quiet. The living room was a bit noisy on Friday night, but mainly because we had the window open due to the surprisingly hot weather. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. I would definitely stay here again.
Tizzy was quick and easy to communicate with from my first inquiry. Apartment was as promised, and very centrally located. If you want a small place (but much bigger than the average hotel room that would cost you at least 2 times as much!) between piccadilly and Leicester square, this is perfect. You're less than 5 minutes from both, and 10 minutes to Trafalgar square and the national gallery, 15 minute walk to parliament. Chinatown (try the chengdu noodles at Baozi Inn on Liese St) is also very close. There is a small 24 hour market across the street for groceries. It was very safe, comfortable, and serviceable. Thanks Tizzy!
