This newer built beautiful property is located right on beach and shores of Sheridan Beach. This unit contains a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, fireplace, Whirlpool tub and ceramic tiling. All levels have walkouts to decks or patios with the lower level walking right out onto sand. The huge rooftop deck is perfect for entertaining or relaxing afternoon sunsets. The private master suite contains a whirlpool jetted tub and separate shower. It also has an outdoor sand shower, grill and plenty of rainy day activities as well. It is just a few minute walk to the Millennium park, Michigan City Zoo and Marina that has public launch and dock access. Many restaurants and 2 of the largest casinos in the US just a 5-10 minute drive away.
