Description of the Long Beach Island vacation home rental

Beautiful rental just 3 houses from a gorgeous NEW
lifegaurded kayaking and surfing beach. This house is a steal compared to hotels split by families!!!!!!

There is fresh, contemporary decor throughout house. This house has been newly renovated with
3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people. The newly expanded kitchen/dining
room/ living room is a great room for easy entertaining while
preparing meals, it also has a TV/DVD. The downstairs has
nice 2 Queens and a set of bunks, with a queen and a full pullout couch. The downstairs
bathroom has a handicaped accessible stand up shower with shower wand, bench, and gaurd rails. There is a mudroom of the back of the kitchen with a washer/dryer. There is a fourth floor roofdeck for your use.


The lovely garden in front attracts birds, and butterflies. The roomy outside shower has a bench in it. There's a clothesline on the side of the house.The semi private backyard is nice with room for outdoor grilling with 2 sets of patio furniture for entertaining. The front/side yard allows renters 6 parked cars.

The second and third floor is locked out for the property manager there will be 2 reserved parking spaces.

Amenities include central a/c, cable, washer/dryer,1 TV/DVD, 1 outdoor shower with bench, 1 gas
grill, 2 set of patio furniture, complete new enlarged kitchen, dishwasher,eat in
kitchen , mudroom,large oven,stove surface (GAS), coffee maker, toaster, toaster
oven, blender, full size refridgerator with Ice Machine,Internet,
lobster pot,ceiling fans,nice backyard, and plenty of parking.



THIS A GREAT HOUSE FOR RETREATS, REUNIONS, A HOLIDAY GET TOGETHERS
FOR LARGE FAMILIES.

1. DUE AT BOOKING - $1000.00 Security deposit plus 1/2 of total
rental fee to reserve week.

ORDER. NO PERSONAL CHECKS PLEASE.


2. DUE AT CHECK IN- Remaining balance of due rent.

**A $100 cleaning fee will be held at check in time and will be
returned at check out time if house is in clean and rentable
condition, otherwise it will be used for cleaning services.

Securitiy fees will be returned within 7 days after house is checked
for damages, loss.


The tenant agrees as follows: to pay the rent as specified and in
default thereof, to forfeit all payment made on account and all
rights hereunder; not to assign this lease or sub-let the premises;
not to use or occupy the premise except for residential purposes; to
keep and maintain the property in good order and to repair or
replace at Tenant 's expense any item or furnishing that may be
damaged or broken. On expiration of this lease, the tenant will
leave the premises clean and ready for occupancy, otherwise a $100
cleaning fee will be imposed.


The lease premise shall not be occupied by more than 10 people.
All occupants names, addresses, and phone numbers to be supplied
upon request. Tenant agrees to abide by all local ordinances and
laws. Unnecessary disturbances, nose complaints, etc. will void
this lease.

NO PETS ARE PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES !!

NO SMOKING!!

Tenant shall furnish linens, blankets, towels, and such other items
the tenant desires. No refund from cancellation until premises re-
rented at same price. All refunds subject to 20% cancellation fee.

We have 5 great eateries in walking distant. Kubel's
Restraunt/Bar/Liqour Store, it has great Happy Hour 1/2 price drinks
and appetizer specials daily at 4pm, great food. Joey's Pizza great
family place, Bisque nice quiet meal for adults, Ott's where kids
eat free WARNING: kids under 5, and 2 deli's, one fancy eat at, and
one Country Market type for take out all in a 7 block walk.

At the end of our street there are surf shops. Brighton Beach Surf
shop rents surf/chairs/beach etc. and offers daily lessons to teach
you
to surf, and many things to buy,the other Acme Surf and Skate rents
bikes, and items to buy.

There is an Acme market 10 blocks, and the country market 7 blocks
away. A post office is 10 block away, Tee shirt shop, Pottery Shop,
and Wizard of Odds Antiques. At the Acme there is a 4 plex stadium
seating movie theater.

The Bay Beach is 17 blocks, it includes tennis, basketball,
playground equipment, baseball field, bocce, horseshoes,volleyball
court,crabbing dock, fishing pier,windsurfing,kayaking area and
great sunsets for all.

We are located in a quiet part of the Island, so walking, jogging,
biking, rollerblading is peaceful.

Fantasy Island Amusement Park in Beach Haven is a must for families
with children. Across from the park ther is Bay Village, many
shops, and a bay beach, boat ramp, arcade, water slide park, mini
golf, and center of town.

This is a beautiful piece of property. We were steps from a breathtaking beach in a friendly neighborhood. Sleeping 20 is a bit of a stretch if everyone wants a bed. The house was lovely. Only thing we really missed was a first or second floor deck. The roof top was incredible, but there were MANY steps to the top. However, we spent many wonderful evenings up there. Master bedroom has a beautiful view of the beach...a wonderful way to wake up and fall asleep.
