TWO FAMILY DUPLEX IN NORTH BEACH, LONG BEACH ISLAND.

Welcome to our Vacation home in Long Beach Island. An affordable getaway for the entire family. Just steps away from the beach and total relaxation.
Two units sleeps 6 each. Newly renovated Duplex Home
Each unit is air conditioned with seperate entrances.
First floor unit has two bedrooms, living room with HDTV, cable and WiFi internet, kitchen, which connects to the sunroom, and a bathroom. Sleeps Six.
Second Floor has a 360 degree wrap around deck with entrance to kitchen or living room. Also included HDTV, cable and WiFi internet, eat-in kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Sleeps Six.
Outdoor Shower, 2 Gas Grill. Separate Patio Furniture for each unit.

Area Info
North Beach/ Harvey Cedars- has a amazing beach just steps away from the house. The private entrance to the beach is designated only to the members of Roxie Avenue, forbidding others to park or use the private entrance, making your stay very safe and private. Please call for any other questions.

Great place, great people

my wife and I and two kids stayed here the week of August 21st, 2010. The three bedroom house (top floor) was very clean and bright, and they had a weber grill and tables in the back which were in great shape....above all the owners were great, they brought us a bottle of wine, and when our week got washed out with rain, called us and told us we could stay another night no charge!!!! Renzo and his wife (and mom and dad) were old school nice. I would absolutely rent here again
