Also available near Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club is a second floor unit of a duplex (first floor unit is not a rental unit. It's for family use). It is attractively furnished and very clean. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, contemporary kitchen with cathedral ceiling, ceramic floors throughout, central air and washer/dryer. Beautiful view of ocean from deck and only 8 houses to the beach. Rates are as follows: May, June & Sept. from $900/wk. July & Aug. $2200/wk.

Two blocks away there is a marina for water sports, boating, jet skiing and parasailing. There are also designated biking and walking/running paths nearby.

The Surflight Theatre which puts on Broadway productions throughout the summer is a mile away. There are also outdoor concerts at the Veterans Bicentennial Park, which is directly opposite the Surflight Theatre.
