Description of the Long Beach vacation home rental

Centrally located near casinos, restaurants, shopping and beaches, and an hour away from New Orleans and Mobile, this fully equipped "home away from home" is just waiting for you! Enjoy the huge private pool with water slides in the 1 acre fenced yard, or soak in the hot tub, relax on the patio, play basketball, volleyball, badminton, croquet and horse shoes outside, or enjoy ping pong, air hockey, pool and foozball in the sunroom. Kitchen is fully equipped, and the house has all linens and towels. 2 bedrooms each have a king size bed, one bedroom has a double, the bunk room has 3 bunk beds, one with a double on the bottom, and a queen sofa bed in the den.

Area Information

Casinos, restaurants, shopping and beaches are all just minutes away. Beach is 2.7 miles away, airport is 12 miles and New Orleans is an hour away.

Myself and my family visited the "HAPPY" house. The home was beautiful and spacious.There were twelve in our group and we were very comfortable. The owner "Joni" was very sweet and kind, as were all others at VRBO...

We stayed in the house with a big family group and it was great. Plenty of room lots to do at the house. It was at a good location that we could get around easy and with in a hour of New Orleans and Mobile. Ready to come back

Besides the weather being VERY hot, our stay was wonderful. The pool was very nice to come home to after spending time in New Orleans and Mobile. The home was located almost equally as far as travel time between the two. The home was very large, with the bedrooms located away from the living area so the little ones could be put to bed and not disturbed and the adults could enjoy some "social" time. Plenty of space to spread out and not be over crowded (we had a group of 15). Loved the experience and would definitely stay there again. Thanks for sharing it with us Joni.

2009 Family Vacation

This was absolutely an enjoyable vacation stay with our family. All of us had a terrific time. This was our first experience staying in a vacation rental home versus a condo and it was fantastic! We were very impressed! Actually it was very difficult to say good-by at the end of our vacation. No one wanted to leave. Joni, was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We will definitely return back next year if not before!

This is the first time we've stayed at a rental as opposed to a hotel, and it was wonderful. Easy check in/out. Joni was terrific, and she made sure to see if there was anything we needed, but she didn't crowd or bother us. The house was nice and spacious and had all the comforts of home. Having a kitchen saved us a ton of money on eating out. I could go on and on, but you get the picture, we had a great time and will be using the rentals again!
