Enjoy the panoramic waterviews from your rocking chair on our spacious front porch where you can watch the lobstermen haul their traps.Or how about a great sunset to enjoy while having cockatils and dinner. The backyard offers beautiful gardens with a sunny deck and the second floor balconies are the perfect spot to relax with a book. If it's the beach you like, just walk down the front steps across the lawn to the shore, it's less than 200 feet.

All other island amenities are within walking distance. Bicycles are also available for your use.

For an added adventure, walk 1/4 mile to the ferry it's just a 45 minute boatride to Portland's
"Old Port District". This area is known for its fine shops, galleries and superb dining.
