Beautiful remodel home in Long Key City of Layton. Canal front ocean side, with clear blue waters. This home has 120 feet's of concret dock, Boats up to 70 feet’s can dock in front of the property giving you accessibility to go fishing or just ride for awhile at any time. There are private ramps that can be use to launch your boat, 10 minutes away. This house has two bedrooms with queen beds, sleeping sofas. The sun set is beautiful when it’s looked on the 3rd floor. There you get to fell and see nature at its best.

great memories

I don't think we can say enough good things about the property. The house was very clean, modern and upscale exceeding our expectation, but the real star of the show was the canal. We saw sea turtles multitudes of different kind of fish, jelly fish, crabs and even manatees. If you love nature this is a great getaway. Very quiet spot as well. Few neighbours and the ones that are there are very quiet. Long Key is mostly a State Park with residential homes and two convenience stores. You have to go to either Marathon or Islamorada for groceries but then that is the cost of being in an out of the way place.
