Heaven on Earth

My family and i had the most amazing time,the beach was incredible, my 2 young boys enjoyed the pool and the beach, we were spoilt as it was off season so we basically had the whole place to ourselves, our beach chairs and umbrella were already put out everyday on the beach waiting for us.We were also lucky to meet some other children who were the boys age. The condo was very spacious bigger than we had anticipated, it was extremely clean aswell.We saw dolphins and swam with the Manatees which was amazing also. We wired our money to Ed as we found that this was the easiest way and Ed was a pleasure to deal with,The beaches were so clean and the water was amazing, Longboat Key was a nice change from the over crowded beaches in Europe, There were 5 people on our beach and the kids could run and play anywhere. I would highly recommend Eds condo to anyone who is looking for a summer they never want to forget!! We certainly had that summer..6 weeks wasn't long enough at all. Thanks Ed!!

This condo is very comfortable and the floor plan works so well for two or a large family..The owner is just great to work with and goes out of his way to make the stay pleasant. The condo is well supplied right down to the beach towels and chairs. We especially liked the two balconies plus a lanai. I like the northern end of Longboat key because it is not as busy --yet you are close to shopping and dining. June was not only not crowded but we practically had the whole condo complex to ourselves. Beaches were lovely with crystal clear water. A nice gulf breeze kept it pleasant for sun bathing and swimming. You will not be disappointed in this condo and the value it offers. Thanks to Ed for being such a gem of an owner to deal with.

Outstanding Beach Paradise

This condo is wonderful! Spacious, beautifully decorated, light and airy. The amenities are great. Everything you need is there. This place accommodated everyone from my 78 year old mother to my 5 year old niece. The owners are delightful to deal with and the staff was very accommodating. Of course the beach is spectacular! Definietly would rent this unit again.

Club Longboat Beach & Tennis Condo

This is a great condo. It's on the Gulf of Mexico side (which is where you want to be on Longboat Key). It's spacious and nicely furnished. It has 2 nice bedrooms and a study, which could easily be used for a 3rd bedroom. It has 2 patios for sunning, plus a screened lanai for outdoor dining. Great tennis facilities, lovely pool, and of course The Beach. The owners are great, and very attentive, as are the staff who run the condo facility. We look forward to renting this condo again in the future.

Our family of 4 (2 adults / 2 teen aged girls) had a wonderful stay at Club Longboat Beach & Tennis #131. The home had everything we needed even sheets and beach towels. The kitchen was fully equipped w/pots pans & appliances. Televisions in every bedroom and internet access. The location, just steps to the beach, was perfect. Home is tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed. The pool area is a fun gathering place. There are several restaurants from which to choose. It was a pleasure to deal with the very helpful owner. We would definitely recommend Longboat Beach & Tennis as a place to rent when vacationing in Florida.
