Canal and bay access with dock. Beautiful bay views from this spacious one bedroom, one bath condo with updated kitchen and master bathroom. Nicely furnished. A great location comfortably within walking distance from the beach. spacious floor plan and beautiful water views. All in all, a very pleasant unit and a pretty, peaceful community.

Area Description

Located adjacent to The Joan M Durante Park this unit offers a unique island nature experience seperate from the awsome beaches. The park is a 32 acre coastal wetland and hammock forrest that offers extensive walk paths through mature mangroves, grasslands and hammock areas with several bay view overlooks. There is also a playground for the young at heart.
The park has won a number of awards, including the “1998 Outstanding Ecosystem Restoration Award” from the Florida Urban Forestry Council, the “Public Landscape Award” from the Keep Manatee Beautiful organization, and the “Image Manatee Beautification Award” from the Manatee County Chamber of Commerce. The park represents an unique oasis for both wildlife and man in an urbanized area.
Minutes from the beach, seconds from the park and on a canal that connects directly into the bay you won't miss a thing except the rat race.

The only complaint I have about our stay at St. Judes is that it was only for one week. That was just long enough to get the feel for the area. Next year we hope to stay longer.
The beach was perfect. The Park walks in the A.M. out to the bay were dreamy. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Thanks. See you next year

Enjoyed our stay tremendously. Very quiet to be so close to everything. The nature preserve was excellent for morning and evening walks to the bay after a great day on the beach.
