Perfect Island get-away . Perfectly located at southern tips of the Longboat Key along with pool and beautiful beach . The 10th level- Deluxe Unit no. 3007 offers approx 1700 sq ft along with 52” long, beach front open lanai . Truly breathtaking views !! Beautiful beach is amazing and pool with hot-tub !! Over sized dining and living area . Both luxurious bedrooms are opening up to lanai area. High Definition TV, DVD’s and FIOS . Well stocked kitchen was recently renovated in 2012 . Master size bedroom offers king sized bed along with updated bath and dressing area . Guests bedroom offers 2 extra long beds , dressing room and an updated bath . Comfortable Queen Aero bed available. Each room is highly furnished in contemporary and the Floridian Styles . Guests will be glad to enjoy the breathtaking views and the vistas .

Guests have access to the beautiful private beach, pool and hot tub area. Resort amenities (golf course, dining, tennis, room and maid service and fitness) are private and not included.

Longboat Key 3007

The apartment was beautifully furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The view from the balcony - the apartment was on the tenth floor - was spectacular. The only downside to the interior was that the bathrooms were quite small and old, and there were no ceiling fans, which made the bedroom quite stuffy. (There was a floor fan but this was very noisy.) The beach area was lovely and as we on a resort loungers and sun umbrellas were available. Because we visited in July, the beaches were very quiet. St Armand's Circle, which was very close, was busy but it was never a problem finding a place to eat, the shops were charming and we enjoyed window shopping. Our main complaint, is that the apartment was part of a resort but we were not. To explain, we were allowed to use the beach and the pool as well as the loungers and umbrellas, but everything else, towels, cabanas, food, and drinks - which were served on the beach and poolside - as well as the bar and restaurant were by resort card only and we were not allowed to have a resort card or use a credit card. In retrospect, it wasn't a bad thing as we ate more healthily and didn't drink a lot of extra calories! All in all it was a wonderful, relaxing week, we probably wouldn't use the apartment again but that's because we like to try new destinations.
