Description of the Longboat Key vacation cottage rental

I have weeks available at my Condo resort on the Gulf of Mexico on Longboat Key (near Sarasota), and I will rent either or both to you at 25% less than the "rack" rate offered for the same Unit by the rental office of the condominium management company. Weeks available are May 2 thru May 9, 2009 and/or May 16 thru May 23, 2009.

So if you want your vacation directly on the BEACH, this is it --- a great "Florida-Bahamas"-style free-standing house, luxury outfitted, directly on the beach, on beautiful Longboat Key. You literally walk out your front door, step off the porch, and fall onto the beach. It is truly incredible.

The condo complex is located directly on Gulf of Mexico Drive on Longboat Key, and is a "beach-to-bay" property, i.e., the resort property extends from the Gulf of Mexico beach (from the west), back to the intracoastal waterway on the other side (to the east), where you can tie up your boat at our dock (if you have one).

The Condo Unit sleeps 6 adults - 2BR, 2Bath --- will be very affordable, per person - and beautifully decorated and outfitted for your high end comfort. The resort has its own swimming pool, and a "shared" tennis court, and lots of amenities.
