Description of the Longboat Key vacation home rental

This water front pool home is on a large lot at the end of a canal which has access to the Intra Coastal Waterway. It has a dock and an empty electric boat lift. The large beach on the Gulf of Mexico is only a 5 minute walk. In the front of the home are two large Royal Palm trees, one on each side of the half circle driveway. It has ample room for parking and the garage on the left front side has room for one car. To the right of the huse one will observe a Bermuda style Moon Gate which leads to the very private pool area. 514 Norton Street is located off of General Harris Road which is off the Gulf of Mexico Drive at the 6400 block. once on General Harris take the first left turn onto Norton and 514 is the first house on the right. on the left side and back of the home a few citrus trees are growing and citrus is usually picked December thru January.

The house is not only steps away from the large G of M Beach but convenient to superrmarkets and nearby restaurants. Longboat Key is an island about 10 miles long off of the Sarasota coast with the Intra Coastal Waterway in between. Bradenton is accessable from the north end of Longboat Key. Bridges at the South and North ends of Longboat Key connects Sarasota and Bradenton.
