Description of the Longboat Key vacation home rental

2 WEEK MINIMUM STAY. This canal front home with 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 baths is immaculate and was renovated in 2004 with ceramic tile flooring throughout, wood kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, new appliances and with tremendous attention to detail. The furnishings are high quality with a modern, contemporary flair. The floor plan is open and comfortable with both living room and family room areas. For TV enthusiasts, this home is equipped with flat screen TVs. Sliding glass doors pocket behind the wall creating an indoor/outdoor flow from the living areas to the large screened pool area. The dock has been expanded and is ideal for sunbathing or fishing. A desk with high speed internet service is provided for those doing a little work during their visit - - or just to check up on email from friends and family. Enjoy your "Island Paradise"!

Area Information

Longboat Key is the idea beach and bay front setting for the ultimate Florida vacation. Stretching between the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and serene Sarasota Bay.

The area is appreciated by wildlife as well, so these waters are home to manatee, dolphins, and fish, while pelicans, osprey, and a variety of shorebirds find sanctuary here. There are several parks on the Key to visit for a relaxing afternoon.

Whether you like to spend your time shelling, biking, shopping, fishing or dining, opportunities for these activities are boundless on Longboat Key, Lido Key, and St. Armands Key.

Sarasota’s many cultural centers are only minutes away over the south bridge, including Van Wezel Performing Arts Center, Asolo Theater, Ringling Museum, Sarasota Ballet and Opera, and several other live theaters.

You’ll find terrific shopping on Longboat Key, and St. Armands Key. Anna Maria Island and Bradenton, over the north bridge, both also offer a variety of shopping, theater, and cultural experiences.

Advanced deposits paid will be forfeited unless written notice of cancellation is received by FVC at least 90 days prior to the arrival date on Reservation. If Guest cancels within 90 days of scheduled arrival, Guest will forfeit all monies paid unless the property is re-booked for the full term. If the property is re-booked , Guest will receive a refund of 75% of the funds.
