The water is only 30 yards from your front door. Have your coffee on the patio and watch the sun come up over the water and Carmen Island. ( They are great )
Miles of beach to walk on right in front of your house. The home is fully furnished, a/c and fans through out, Sat TV and inter net access.

We are in a gated community with 24/7 security, plenty of parking for your vehicle and boat.
You will be only 4or5 blocks from the heart of town, Marina, shopping and groceries.
Fishing and site seeing trips can be arranged here and the captain will pick you up right in front of your house.
A heated swimming pool, Bochie ball court and horse shoe pit are near the club house.
