Floor-thru, immaculate and spacious 2 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment in a GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD! Walk to The Grove, Farmer's Market, Melrose Ave. Building has great detail. 1920's Spanish, rounded archways, living room and dining room, Art Deco kitchen, bathtub and shower in bathroom (huge), cal-king bed, laundry room and garage. No pets or smokers, please.

Area Description

GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD! Lots of restaurants to walk to: Grace, Buddah's Belly, Table 8, BLD. We walk to The Grove for movies and dinner often. Quiet and centrally located, and so much cheaper than a hotel. We adore our home.
