Charming, 1940's styled building, fully-furnished 850SF 1BR apartment - a short drive to Venice Beach. Only $550/week or $1695/month. Apartment has lots of windows and natural light, and is finished in simple modern decor; great for a single business traveler or UCLA student. Great little apartment for your short-term rental needs - not to mention the most affordable short-term rental in Los Angeles!! Why spend your week in LA in a national chain motel for $150/night when you can relax in your own home for much less $$$??
Let's face it some of us just need the basics, and this short-term rental provides just that in this niche market. If you're looking for something glamorous on the Sunset Strip, this isn't for you.
