We were traveling for business from Korea. We were there for about 10 days and had a very nice stay. Safe neighborhood, very clean place, great owner, much better than hotel stay. Highly recommended.. 출장자 3명이 묵었었는데, 한인 타운에서 가깝고 (차로 약 10분 거리), 밥도 해먹고, 동네 안전하고, 편해서 출장 잘 다녀 왔네요. 호텔 보다 훨 좋아요. 강추강추!!!

We and another family stay in this two-bedroom Unit for two days.Both families have a little kid, but Jim didn't charge us extra fee for that. In addition, there is free internet access, while most hotels charge a fee for that. We enjoyed our stay. It's convenient, especially when traveled with kids, you can cook, and there is washer and dryer. Jim is a really nice guy.

My husband and I have been visiting our daughter (a USC student) for several years. We've stayed in hotels all over LA. None was ever satisfactory. This worked perfectly because there was space for everyone. We cooked dinner for several of her roommates and the fully stocked kitchen was perfect for that. Jim was accommodating in every way - even finding us a good Thai restaurant. We'll see if this is available every time we visit.

I was extremely pleased with the hospitality that Jim provided. The apt. showed exactly like the photos online, clean and appealing. My family and I were very happy with our stay during Labor Day weekend. This is so much better that staying at a hotel location was close to everything listed, steam shower was a plus, kitchen, washer/dryer, security gates, etc. I would definetely recommend this to anyone looking.

Trying to find suitable accommodation in LA for a young family can be very challenging, so we delighted to find this unit in just the area we were after. The unit is just as it appears in the photos, and is in an excellent location for driving to the beaches, Hollywood, etc. Having a secure entrance is great for peace of mind and A/C, backyard area and a stream-shower top it off! Jim was a wonderful host, and was always willing to help. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of staying at Jim's property for one night. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is a secure apartment and the surrounding neighborhood seemed charming. The accommodations were very comfortable and more than adequate. There is a washer and dryer, full kitchen, and steam shower. I wished I could have stayed longer and look forward to bringing my husband along next time.
