This contemporary decor apartment has two spacious bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms, and a full kitchen stocked with all the utensils you'll need. There is a small balcony from the living area which over sees the calm and relaxing neighborhood- but also provides an exciting view of the Hollywood Hills. If you are looking to feel like a local, you'll love Cloverdale 2. The Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles is home to many attractions such as restaurants, theater, museums, studios, and many other important businesses.

Whether you are traveling to visit family, get away, or have just have some fun the historical Miracle Mile area has something to offer for everyone. Cloverdale 2 comes with a single tandem parking spot for two cars. There is coin laundry on every floor with state-of-the-art laundry facilities which will text you when your clothes are ready. And there is also a rooftop deck for sun bathing or relaxing.

All residence are welcome to enjoy the rooftop deck as long as they respect the neighbors. Don't forget to grab some coffee, pastries and lunch to go at the original La Brea Bakery to enjoy on the sunny, quiet front courtyard, or eat in at longtime culinary favorite, chef Mario Batali's Pizzeria Mozza.
