Write a review Great, clean place with easy underground parking access. Charles was very friendly and quick on getting back to us when we had questions. Looking forward to staying there again on my next trip. We were very pleased with how easy it was to follow the instructions about entering the apt. Such good organization indicates that the people in charge know what they are doing,Everything in the apt. was in working order and we never had to ask for any help during our stay. the apt. was very clean and plenty of cleaning material was on hand. The apt. was large and laid out very well for accomodating a family. We were only two but appreciate the extra room and are glad that we have gotten away from hotels. We expect to be back again this year and hopefully more times in the future. My group all had a great time here. Everything was nice and comfortable to our liking. Plenty of space for us (6 people). Very easy to access to key sights in LA. The freeway was just down the street, which made getting around town much easier for us. The only complaints we had were minimal at best: the internet didn't quite work all the time; it was a wireless connection from a router next to the sofa on a table. It kept on dropping at the most random times and got in the way when I was trying to finish a school assignment; The jacuzzi on the roof was ice cold. It's not really the seller's fault, more the maintenance of the building. Charles, our go-to-guy was very helpful when directing us around and letting us know where everything was and made sure we had everything we needed and was available to us. All in all, a great apartment to rent for a week, but I was really looking forward to using that jacuzzi... We had a most enjoyable time in this cozy LA condo - very comfy beds, very clean and a good location. Charles N could not have been more helpful - thank you! Very clean and well furnished condo. Appreciated the availability of the manager for questions, especially on the day of arrival. Only issue was not being able to access the internet via the business's WiFi signal, both on my husband's laptop and my iPod iTouch. Location was excellent for us. Will consider staying there for future visits with my daughter in Los Angeles. Hope the WiFi problem can be corrected. Loved this apartment - thank you so much Charles for having us - I would highly recommend this place - it has everything you need - it is very clean and cozy -the underground parking is a bonus with 2 full bathrooms - you can't beat it. We loved the fact that it is very central and easy to get anywhere in LA. Everything worked just perfect! The Apartment was so nice, with complete outfit, quite, good location, Ralphes 24/7 market to reach by 5min walk. LCD, DVD-Player, Airkonditioning, each Bedroom had its own Bathroom and Balcony, the carpet so thick and fluffy, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, TVs in each bedroom everything!! we loved it! We opend the door and just thaught OMG and where so happy, that its been much nicer than anyone expected. We arrived late in the evening from Germany and there has been a lockbox where we got our appartment keys. The renter is such a nice person, so helpful and kind. The coolest thing I think of were the pool and jacuzzi on the roof that no one used but us, so it was like our own :) And is so close to Hollywood, that you can see the sign from the roof. We had so much fun staying there and we would always come back! Thank you for everything! There was nothing we did not like and I tell you, the girls are really critical! :) We had concerns prior to arrival that this unit would be all it claimed to be. We were however more than happy once we arrived. The unit was very modern, clean. and in a great area. The security of the enitre building was very impressive. We will definately use this unit many times over int he future. I was more than impressed with this wonderful condo. It was far more than it advertised. The place was tastefully decorated, has 2 bathrooms/toilet, spacious rooms and the cupboards where stocked with necessities which gave the traveler like us not wasting time on our first day as to figure out where is the nearest convenience shop. The very important thing to, was that communicating with Charles was hassle free, very prompt and flexible. We will definitely go back to this place and we'll recommend to family and friends. Thanks Charles and I hope your future clients will also look after your place with care as if it was their own place. The condo was wonderful. It had everything we needed and was close to everything. We would stay again. Melf and my familiy stayed there for a 5 days ... Its just in the right place to get into all the LA /Hills ans Hollwood scene without hassle. Apparatment was very clean tidy and modern .. Would stay again !! We went to LA for a holiday and loved this apartment. It has everything you could possibly want. The apartment is in a great location and has plenty of parking (and even underground parking). The view from the roof is fantastic and although we didn’t get to use the pool (too much sight seeing planned) it was very clean and just the right temperature. This apartment is a home away from home. It was great to use all the facilities and get all the washing done before we went home. All rooms are very spacious and with 2 bathrooms you never have to waste any time waiting for people to get ready. There was a lot of storage space, which was handy for all the things we brought while we were out there, plus all the new suitcases we needed. The big supermakets were just a few blocks away. The booking process was simple and easy and Charles was very helpful. Having stayed in this apartment, we would never book anywhere else again. Bien situé, avec toutes les facilités, un propriétaire charmant, que du positif nicole We (my husband, myself, our 2 daughters & babysitter) went to LA in July & was scheduled to stay only 1 week, but the accamodations were so comfortable & in a great location we actually extended our stay for 2 more days. Definitely will stay there again. The condo is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The furnishings are elegant and the cabinets are stocked with all necessities. The neighborhood is safe and clean and centrally located near all the fun spots. The pool however is only 3' deep, so that was the only downside to the entire stay. Very nice place annd I'd definitely stay there again.
