Quiet, clean, secure and private, two-bedroom, one-bath house in Cheviot Hills, a beautiful west Los Angeles neighborhood next to Beverly Hills and Century City. Very comfortable in summer months and cozy in winter.

Area Description
Activities in the Neighborhood:
Golf: Rancho Park Golf Course, the site of past PGA and Senior PGA tournaments, is nearby.
Tennis and Swimming: Within walking distance is the Beverly Hills Country Club. Ten tennis courts, Olympic-sized pool, two small children 's pools, lifeguards, babysitting, kid 's camps, snack bar, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, complete work-out gym and fine dining. This vacation rental includes daily access to the Club.
Studio Tours: Take a guided two-hour walking tour of one of the most popular Hollywood Studios. From 1924 to 1986 Sony Pictures lot was the home of MGM studios, today it is Columbia/Tri-Star. Fox Studios is equally as close to the house at the other end of Motor Ave.
Beaches of Santa Monica are 10 minutes away, Malibu just 15 minutes.
Shopping at Century City's Westfield Mall and Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive
