This house is amazing and has such great character. The house is avail. from May 3rd. There are 2 bedrooms with great soft light, hardwood floors throughout, concrete counter tops, a Moroccan tiled bathroom with a claw foot tub and an enormous backyard perfect for reading. Area Description
This is a transitional neighborhood very close to Downtown LA, USC. It is not Beverly Hills, but is modest, safe and quiet and has excellent access to freeways and all parts of town: 20 min. to Santa Monica; 15 min. to West Hollywood; 10 min. to downtown.
