Worse experience ever!

we were supposed to stay at this property from 8/7-8/10 but i'd received a phone call saying the owner wants to rent it out long term so my reservation has been cancelled (after we had signed a contract). so now i have 12 people homeless just 3 days before my wedding. Greg, the sales rep was nice enough to help us but was not successful at finding another place for us. With the help of a friend, We ended up booking a handful of rooms at a nearby hotel in Beverly hills. The entire experience was a nightmare. i hope to get a full refund!
