Description of the Los Angeles vacation home rental
We are a young family with 1 toddler, we keep our house clean and are looking for somebody who will respect and enjoy our home during our vacation from July 9 to July 29 (noon).
Located in the up-coming Eagle Rock area, between the cities of Glendale and Pasadena, in a quiet street, our house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, in a comfortable 1.250 Sq ft, with hardwood and tiles floors throughout.
Living area with open kitchen:
Step through the front door and into a large living area completely open to the outside deck by some gigantic sliding doors. Luminous by day with its panel of windows, and by night with its multiple rows of recess lights, the living area offers comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs, a huge wood coffee table, a 47” LCD HDTV / DVR / DVD / Playstation 2, and dining table which can easily seat 8 persons.
Our style is a mix of modern furniture and French antiques for an eclectic and unique look.
Open kitchen with new stainless style appliance / build-in cook stove / side by side fridge with filtered water and ice / dishwasher / microwave / toaster / blender / coffee maker / espresso machine etc. Cabinets fill with stylish and minimalist glassware / dinnerware, and all you need to cook.
3 Bedrooms:
The master bedroom (beige) with the smoothing feeling of a deluxe hotel room features a queen size bed with fine linen, ample dresser storage, luxurious curtain, and a convenient connected bathroom.
The second bedroom (Light Blue), the kid bedroom, offers a twin bed and plenty of books and toys for your young ones. An additional comfortable twin mattress or an inflatable queen bed can be installed in this room.
The third bedroom (Green) will offer a queen size bed. (This room is actually an office without bed, and can stay in its actual layout if you prefer with plenty of space to work).
2 Bathrooms:
The master bathroom features modern design with stainless and bamboo console, European toilet and a huge shower cabin with blue light, radio, 6 body massage jets, overhead rainfall shower head and sliding handle shower.
The 2nd bathroom offers stylish soaking tub with modern chrome fixtures, European toilet, and shower cabin with blue light, radio, 6 body massage jets, overhead rainfall shower head and sliding handle shower.
Outside:
Green, Green, Green !!
Cool backyard with huge deck features 1 large table and comfortable chairs (8 persons), stainless BBQ, 2 lounge chairs to relax. You will find too a playground to entertain your kids.
Very private (no view of the neighbors) enclosed backyard with giant bamboos, beautiful roses bushes, and lots of plants, house of squirrels, blue birds and hummingbirds.
No garage but plenty of street parking plus 1 spot parking on the driveway.
The difference is in the details. Thoughtful extras include... all linen, towels, hair dryer, menus from all the local restaurants and numerous maps & Southern California guidebooks.
If needed, we can provide a baby bed (up to 3 years) / a stroller / a highchair.

- 1 small pet might be considered with additional one time fee of $75

30-45 minutes from LAX Airport (depends on traffic) and 15 minutes from Burbank Airport.
15 minutes to Universal and other major movie and television studios.
15 minutes to Hollywood Bowl and Highland and Hollywood Complex (home of the Oscars).
10 minutes to the busy Colorado Street of Pasadena with shopping and restaurants.
10 minutes to The Americana in Glendale
20 minutes to Farmers Market and The Grove,
30 minutes to Beverly Center, and Beverly Hills.
2 minutes walk to Supermarket and CVS Pharmacy.

Another home is available next door! Same lot but completely private entrance by the driveway. This is a 2 bedroom - 1 bathroom house / rustic cabin feeling / 950 sqft / with a serene and Lush/Tropical Private Entrance and Courtyard With huge pond and large mature trees / Backyard with BBQ area and Plenty of Privacy.
