Required Stay: 4 night minimum
Lodging Tax: 10%
Deposits: A deposit of half would be due upon booking the space, non refundable within 30 days. A security deposit of $1,250 would be placed as an authorization on a credit card not charged unless there was any damage.
Other Fees: A departure Housekeeping fee if $250 is due 30 days prior to arrival. For monthly guest, if you desire additional housekeeping, that can be discussed later. Pay per view Movies are approximately $4.95
