Sleeps 2 Adults in bedroom and 1 Adult OR 2 children on sleeper sofa.
Guest suite on street level of Mid 60's Modern 3 story hill home; closed off from the rest of the house, it has separate entry through the garage. Parking in driveway. Open floor plan in living/dining area. High open beam ceilings and ceiling to floor windows make the most of Views of neighboring hills, area greenery and night lights. Large wraparound Deck accessed by doors from bedroom or living area. Brick fireplace adds character to living area.
Ceiling fans in living and bedroom. Wall Air conditioner. Large bedroom with Queen bed & large closet & dresser. Queen Sleeper sofa in living room. Cable TV and VCR in living room. Selection of paperback books to read/ take with. Broadband Wi-Fi and desk for computer use.
Fully furnished kitchen/ dining area has dishes, cooking pans,eating and cooking utensils, etc. Full-size refrigerator. Small 4 burner gas stove. Microwave. Toaster. Coffeemaker & grinder.

Grocery store, drugstore, restaurants, coffee shops, neighborhood library and more in easy walking distance.

Breathtaking view in a safe friendly neighbourhood

The view alone made the stay worth while. Eat breakfast on the balcony while looking onto the beautiful California Hills. The area is great, it's a very family friendly and safe neighbourhood where you can take walks around the windy streets or head down to the reservoir. The apartment was perfect. The owners provide everything you could ever need for your stay. There is lots of space in all of the rooms. The air-conditioning and fans are very helpful as well. Last of all, the owners are so helpful and kind. They really help you feel welcome in the city.

Nice visit

Three of us stayed here for 3 nights. We were very satisfied with our visit. There were clean sheets on the bed and the fold out couch for our son. The house was clean, and everything we could possibly need was there. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. There are stores within walking distance and the freeway is very close. We were very happy with our home away from home and would definitely stay again.

The house is located in Atwater Village inside a great transitional neighborhood near. Very comfortable house. I'd stay there again.
