OVERVIEW


California living at its best! Smoke-free home features a luxurious, newly remodeled master suite, a bathroom attached to every bedroom, a large crystal-clear pool, a sunken hot tub, a koi pond with a lovely water fall, an indoor and outdoor built-in grill, a complete home gym with treadmill, elliptical, recumbent bike, ab-machine, dumbbells and mini-universal, and a park-like backyard.

And now, if you want to spice up your stay even more, we can provide a private in-house chef to make a gourmet meal or give cooking lessons for you and your guests. We also offer a private masseuse to come to your home and provide a soothing massage. See 'Other Amenities' section below for more information.

Master suite features large, master bedroom with king size bed (that sleeps 2), Brazilian Walnut floors and flat-screen TV with sliding glass doors leading out to the park-like backyard. Bedroom is separated by a glass wall from a beautiful, tiled bathroom featuring a standalone tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and large, open, walk-in closet.

Second bedroom offers a single bed with an additional single mattress for the floor (and can sleep two overall), and also features a newly renovated bathroom with glass-enclosed shower/tub and new vanity and new tile everywhere.

Third bedroom features a full-size bed (sleeps 2 adults tightly, or 2 kids comfortably) walnut floors, and a walk-in shower with new tile.

Fourth bedroom features a queen size bed (sleeps 2), separate entrance, sliding doors facing park-like back-yard, and newly remodeled bathroom with large jacuzzi tub/shower combo.

There is also a full size thick futon sofa which folds down, which can sleep 2 people and a high-quality inflatable sleeper that sleeps up to 2 more.

Living room, dining room and kitchen all face out to park-like backyard and feature all-new furniture. Living room features gas-fired fire place; kitchen features skylight and built-in indoor grill.



PRICING (please read entire pricing section, and please note that our prices are subject to change at any time and without notice):

Pricing for this property for stays of three weeks or less is as follows (for stays greater than three weeks, please contact us for discounts).

MINIMUM STAY AT ANY TIME IS 4 DAYS:

Prime Season: $250 per night for four people, plus $10 per person (adult or children) per night beyond four people. (So, for example, ten people would be $250 per night for the first four people, then $10 per night for the next six people, or $60 per night more for the additional six people. $250 + $60 = $310 per night for ten people.)

Off Season: $190 per night for four people, plus $10 per person (adult or children) per night beyond four people. (So, for example, ten people would be $190 per night for the first four people, then $10 per night for the next six people, or $60 per night more for the additional six people. $190 + $60 = $250 per night for ten people.)

Additional charges on ALL stays:

Cleaning fees…there is a mandatory $200 cleaning fee at the end of your stay, regardless of how long you stay. Additionally, if you stay longer than ten days, then on every 7th day of your stay there is a mandatory $75 light cleaning fee.

Taxes… all stays of 30 days or less incur a 14% Los Angeles City tax on rent and cleaning fees.

RULES AND NOTIFICATIONS

Please note five very important things about this property BEFORE YOU BOOK IT:

First, this is a quiet community, and all tenants in or on this property will have to contractually agree to not disturb any neighbors with noise, partying, sports or any other loud or commotion-causing activities. If you intend to make noise or party, this is not the right house for you.

Second, this is an entirely non-smoking property. No smoking or burning of candles or incense in the house, on the decks, on the driveway, in the garage, in the pool area or anywhere on the property grounds.

Third, we check references.

Fourth, the Primary Renter has to be 26 years old or greater.

Fifth, we operate on a first come, first serve basis, meaning that once we have references checked, payment made and cleared in our bank account and an executed rental agreement in place the property is yours, but until then, it remains on the market. Sorry for this – we’ve just learned from experience that operating any other way leaves the property empty last-minute too frequently.

FABULOUS ALL AROUND

What a lovely home! So much fun and so comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone and anything. The pool was spectacular and private and we enjoyed our visit immensely! If we make it make to LA - we'd only hope the property is available!

My husband and I have been in 3 rental homes before while on vacation. This was by far the best yet. Not only was the process simple and easy, but we got exactly what we expected and more. The property is BEAUTIFUL. Absolutely gorgeous. It was extremely comfortable and it just felt like home. Additionally, the home had all the amenities we could possibly want. We cooked a few meals, and all we had to buy was the food. There was soap, shampoo, towels, everything, you name it. Next time we're in LA, I hope this home is available! We would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area! It's not downtown, but we got everywhere we wanted to go, no problems.

Rose Bowl New Years stay

We rented for 5 days/4 nights over New Years to attend the Rose Bowl festivities. There were four couples who really appreciated having their own private bath. Too cold for the lovely pool, but we did enjoy the spa. Location was great for our purposes, both for Pasadena and downtown LA activities. You need a car as this is north of LA, and a ways from the airports- in a residential area. Will rent again if a trip to the LA area comes up, and we hope it does! Very nice facilities!

This home has to be one of my favorite vacation homes we have stayed in so far. The location was great for just about anything you have planned to do in L.A. or the surrounding areas. This home was well stocked with all the amenities, and even came with a curtesy gift basket full of goodies! The pool was great for the kids and the house was big enough to allow all of us (3 Adults and 3 children) to spread out and relax. The master bathroom was a bonus I didn't expect! We will definitely try to stay at this location the next time we are in L.A. Thank you Kurt and Mia!

We had a great time in this valley home, comfortably accommodating 4 teenagers and 3 adults. The home is tastefully decorated, and the backyard is absolutely beautiful. There is convenient shopping within blocks of the home.
